1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of plant2tree.in and to all services provided by Plant 2 Tree Website Development & Digital Marketing (“Plant 2 Tree”, “we”, “us”), 401, Anna Salai Main Rd, Melvisharam, Vellore, Tamil Nadu 632509, India.

By using our website or accepting a quote from us, you agree to these terms. If a signed proposal or agreement with you says something different, that document takes priority for that project.

2. Our services

We provide website design and development, website SEO, Google Map (Google Business Profile) SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads management, and custom software development, together with related hosting, maintenance and support services.

3. Quotes and scope of work

• Every project begins with a quote or proposal describing the work, price and expected timeline.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages, features or changes after approval, is charged separately. We will tell you the cost before starting it.

4. Payments

• Payment terms, including any advance, are stated in your quote or invoice.
• Prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Advertising budgets for Google Ads and Meta Ads are paid directly to the platform and are separate from our management fees.
• Domain, hosting, premium plugin and other third-party costs are charged as stated in your quote.
• If payments are overdue, we may pause work, campaigns or support until they are cleared.

5. Your responsibilities

To help us deliver on time, you agree to:

• Provide content, images, logins and approvals when we need them.
• Make sure the material you give us is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
• Review and give feedback on designs and drafts within a reasonable time.
• Keep your own logins and passwords secure.

6. Timelines and delays

We will do our best to meet the timelines in your quote. Timelines depend on receiving content, feedback and payments on time. Delays caused by late inputs, third-party platforms or events outside our control may extend the delivery date.

7. Revisions and approvals

Your quote states the number of design revisions included. Further revisions or changes after you approve a stage may be charged as additional work. Once you approve the final website or deliverable, it is treated as accepted.

8. Ownership and intellectual property

• After full payment, you own the final website design, content and deliverables we create specifically for you.
• We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, frameworks and know-how, and give you the right to use them as part of your project.
• Themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and other third-party items remain subject to their own licences.
• Unless you ask us not to, we may show your project in our portfolio and marketing.

9. Third-party platforms and accounts

Many services depend on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, domain registrars and hosting providers. Their own terms and policies apply. We are not responsible for their downtime, policy changes, ad rejections, account suspensions or changes to how they work.

Wherever possible, accounts for your domain, hosting, Google and Meta should be owned by you, with access given to us to manage them.

10. Results

We use proven methods and our best efforts to grow your business. However, search rankings, Google Maps positions, website traffic, ad performance and leads depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

11. Hosting, maintenance and support

If you buy a hosting, maintenance or support plan, its scope and duration are described in your quote. Support outside the plan is charged separately. You are responsible for renewing domains, hosting and plans on time unless we have agreed to manage renewals for you.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver our services. We ask you to keep our proposals, pricing and working methods confidential too.

13. Cancellations and refunds

• You may cancel a project or plan by giving us written notice.
• You will pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Payments for completed work, third-party costs (such as domains, hosting, plugins and ad spend) and monthly fees for services already provided are non-refundable.
• Any other refund will be as stated in your quote or agreed with us in writing.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Plant 2 Tree is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profit, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim.

15. Using our website

• The content on this website is for general information and may change without notice.
• You must not misuse the website, attempt to hack it, or copy its content or design without our permission.
• Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

16. Ending our services

Either party may end the services if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix the issue within 15 days of written notice. We may also stop working on a project if payments remain unpaid. After termination, you will pay for work done, and we will hand over completed and paid-for deliverables.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vellore, Tamil Nadu. We will always try to resolve any concern with you directly first.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its effective date. Projects already under way follow the terms agreed when they started, unless we both agree otherwise.
